Railroad Museum

One thing we are going to really miss about living in the Twin Cities is our amazing library system. Weekly story times and programs for the boys have been a favorite activity for our family. Another really cool opportunity that the library provides is tickets to many area museums. We just check out a slip from the library and off we go on another adventure! This week we checked out the miniature railroad train museum - a little boy's paradise!

Along the way, there were little buttons for the boys to push which activated starts, stops, flashing lights, etc. They felt like real engineers.

The details were amazing and if we hadn't been on "toddler time" I think we would have been able to enjoy more of the history explained in the photos hanging on the walls all around the museum.

Here it comes again!

At the end, E was thrilled to play with a real Thomas the Train set.

Now we are looking forward to bringing Grandpa there sometime! We know he'd really like it!

I think it´s not just a paradise for little boys. If You look at the big boy, You can see that he also is in a paradise ;-)

Where is this museum located? Micah would sure enjoy visiting a place like that when we are in the Cities visiting.
