Away In a Manger
E's been enjoying his "hands on" Nativity Set. The story of the birth of Jesus is told and re-told as the figurines travel around our apartment.
We've also started a family tradition. Each morning when E wakes up, he goes on a hunt to find Baby Jesus and then brings him back to the stable. As you can see by these pictures, Baby Jesus finds some pretty creative hiding spots!
Hey - you're son is too smart for his own words. I'm very familiar with the chick in this picture as it's a member of the Little People's Farm. Seems like he's very cognizant of the fact that Jesus was born in a manger. He is wise beyond his age. :)
I recognize that chick in the picture as being a notable member of the Little People's farm. I think kudos should be given to your son for recognizing that Jesus was born in a manger. He's wise beyond his years!
