Can't Keep Them Apart

As of late, we've had to keep a pretty close eye on the Bjorndahl brothers. They get pretty rough rather quickly, and a beautiful moment of playtime can quickly deteriorate into all out war in seconds.

A first step in trying to "set them up for success" was to have N play in his crib - a nice distance from the playroom. (E gets frustrated when 14 month old N destroys his set up of trucks, blocks, baseball fields, etc.)

So, N's sweetly playing farm in his crib and E's playing trucks in the playroom. Moments later, well, see for yourself . . .

At least they are both still smiling!!

i have found that just physically tying my boys down in separate locations seems to work best. Don't get me wrong, they do have a bit of slack in their ropes.

Your boys are more precious every time I look at you all....I will have to ask how you added the music to the blog sometime. we need to see you at some point. I love the bedtime bribe! How is that working? Bedtime has always been a struggle for us....it comes and goes..I can't believe the number 7 worked..What a deal! much love, Jill T.
