Soon it will become very apparent that N is not our "baby" anymore, but it will be hard to let go. He is such a snuggly, easy natured, sweet boy, that it is almost impossible
not to baby him. Yesterday, however, he was a very Big Boy as he was picked up for his first official playdate. No mom along, no big brother along, just N headed over to his friend's house for the day. He was thrilled as he waited by the door, constantly reminding E that "Just N's going to the Bergers' house . . . not E, just N."
"Are they here yet?"

Isn't it fun watching the next little one's become big?? It has been fun watching Luke and Hannah develop little friendships and become more of this individual person with unique interests and talents. And HELLO!! what a nice treat for Mommy to go down to one busy boy for a day. Long live Play dates!!
And he will look even bigger to you once little baby girl arrives!!
