Twin-Tastic . . . Part 1

Well, the past two weeks have brought about two amazing Twins experiences for our little baseball fan, E. The first big event took place when my friend Sarah M. called right after church and invited E & I accompany her to a Sunday afternoon game. Of course we were thrilled, jumped on the train, and headed up to the Dome. However, by the time we got there, the Twins were already down 6 to 1!

Within minutes of E's arrival at the game, things started turning around. The Twins came back to win 7 to 6. It was amazing and, of course, E took credit for being the fan that changed the outcome of the game!

After every Sunday game kids are invited down onto the field to run the bases. We were among the masses, and I do mean masses, of people who poured onto the field after the game. It was quite an experience for E and we've captured some of the highlights in the following slide show.
